“The move from Norway to Germany went excellent and I met professional people in all departments. 1) At an early stage, I received quotes and a date when the move could take place. Die to the fact, that van Rooijen serves Scandinavia on a regular basis, they were the only ones that would commit to firm dates. A big plus. 2) The team that executed the move was great. Work smarter not harder was the slogan here. A lot of experience that brings big advantages and ideas that I never would have had, e.g. we didn't need a special parking permit because the truck fit beside the building in Germany. With lifting the truck, the guys were able to get the boxes and furniture in from a side window. Fast, effective and with a lot less chances for damages. 3) Customs declarations just went fine without any issues. I got advice before from the office staff that answered all of my questions. (The process is not trivial…) 4) Clever loading and unloading needs the right tools: van Rooijen has fantastic trucks, that are perfectly suited for the job. Also the other tools were in a very good shape and quality. 5) Best part at the end: van Rooijen has the best offer and they kept the price from the quote. Nothing got damaged, all went smoothly. What else can you ask for as a customer? I know that I am going to move further in about 1-2 years. I already know who gets the job…”
